




Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems and IT Support professional to manage technological infrastructure, Active Directory, and provide comprehensive support to users and enterprise systems within a stable and dynamic project environment. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of technological infrastructure and Active Directory. 2. Level 1 and 2 support for corporate software, including MS Dynamics 365. 3. Long-term stability project with continuous training and a modern environment. We are looking for a professional with experience in systems and IT support to join our team in Castro de Rei. Responsibilities include full management of the technological infrastructure, covering hardware maintenance, networks, and communications. This involves ensuring the proper operation of servers, switches, access points, and structured cabling. Active Directory management is critical, covering user onboarding, offboarding, and permissions, as well as implementation of Group Policy Objects (GPO) to enhance security. Backup operations will be monitored to ensure data integrity. Level 1 and 2 support will be provided for corporate software, especially MS Dynamics 365, collaborating on process optimization. SQL Server administration and the Office 365 ecosystem are also part of the responsibilities. Additional duties include supporting the supply chain, covering Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems and product coding (EAN). Proper functioning of labeling systems will be ensured, and direct technical support will be provided to users, including workstation installation and configuration. The position entails a long-term stability project with continuous training and a modern, dynamic working environment. Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Computer Science, Network Systems Administration (ASIR), or Telecommunications and Computer Systems. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. Essential knowledge of technical infrastructure (networks, communications, servers, backup). Experience in production processes, MS Dynamics 365, EAN, EDI, labeling, Microsoft Office 365 tools, and relational databases (SQL Server) is desirable. English proficiency at B1 level is preferred.
