Position Summary:
We are seeking an Acoustics Project Leader to define and execute the insulation strategy, coordinating R&D, industrialization, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leads acoustic insulation strategy and projects.
2. Analyzes the market and develops innovative acoustic solutions.
3. Serves as the technical reference and internal trainer within the company.
We are looking for a professional to lead the entire project process in the Acoustics area. Your work will be pivotal in defining and executing our medium- and long-term Acoustic Insulation product line strategy, ensuring its profitability and competitiveness. You will coordinate R&D and industrialization projects—from prototype development and testing through to full-scale production at our factory. You must ensure strict compliance of all our products with technical and legal regulations, managing certifications and required documentation.
You will be responsible for establishing pricing policy and analyzing profitability, monitoring key financial indicators, and making decisions to improve margins and product range. Continuously analyzing the market and staying abreast of technological innovations will be essential to identify opportunities in the construction sector and develop practical solutions. Additionally, you will provide technical support and training, serving as a key internal knowledge-sharing reference.
This position offers an annual gross salary of €55,000, plus a potential bonus of up to 20% based on achievement of the business plan. A company car is provided, and a hybrid working model—including remote work options—is available. This is a permanent contract with a stable and forward-looking company.
Industrial Engineering degree (preferred), with demonstrable expertise in acoustics or insulation. Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management within sectors related to acoustics or insulation, with direct responsibility for a product portfolio. Advanced English proficiency (C1) is mandatory. Advanced proficiency in CAD tools and Excel is required.
