Job Summary: We are seeking an expert in industrial electromechanical maintenance for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, equipment installation, and process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a candidate with experience in industrial electromechanical maintenance to join our team in Alcantarilla. The position involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, efficiently identifying and resolving equipment failures, and participating in the installation and commissioning of new equipment. Collaboration in improving existing processes and maintaining detailed records of all incidents is also required. We offer continuous in-house training to keep knowledge and skills up to date. An additional salary supplement is provided for shift work. The scheduling system allows access to the full annual calendar, thus facilitating work-life balance. Immediate hiring is available, and salary will be determined according to the Murcia metalworkers’ collective agreement. Vocational training in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or a related field. Demonstrable experience of at least 1 year in electromechanical maintenance within industrial environments. Solid knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. Proven ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical faults. Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and remain calm and effective under pressure. Availability to work various shifts. Certifications in electricity or mechanics will be considered an advantage.
