MISSION Contribute to and ensure customer satisfaction by attending to their needs and anticipating them, in accordance with the company's established quality and service standards. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In-person and telephone commercial assistance and advice to customers. Inspection and monitoring of rooms as well as common transit areas (restrooms, corridors, terraces, service areas, etc.). Additionally, coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments (cleaning, maintenance, etc.) for each case. Prepare a daily facility status report for management, including all relevant updates. Opening rooms for services and welcoming family members upon their arrival. Attending to family members’ requests during their stay at the facility (e.g., opening the burial vault, providing complementary VIP or Suite room services, etc.). Coordinating with funeral staff regarding entrances and exits for services held at our facilities. Accompanying and supervising florists during floral decoration placement. Distributing customer satisfaction questionnaires and collecting them afterwards. Coordinating with all staff to resolve incidents reported by family members. Completing control forms for entries and exits of deceased persons and human remains into and from the mortuary’s freezing or refrigeration chambers. Monitoring dates and times when deceased persons or human remains are handled by funeral staff within the funeral home facilities. Updating Health Registers and Service Logs. Complying with the company’s standardized procedures (PNTs). Complying with Estilo Albia’s established regulations. Performing other tasks assigned by supervisors. Assessing and reporting building maintenance issues, as well as preparing associated incident reports. Conducting cash counts for the parking auxiliary cash box, maintaining the parking cash machine, and issuing parking tickets to family members. Monitoring and counting floral decorations upon entry; controlling issuance and return of building keys. Monitoring and supervising external funeral companies. Monitoring and supervising facility cleaning (R\-63/3\). Controlling delivery and return of customer property. Monitoring and supervising external technical service personnel entering and exiting the premises. Filling out the daily incident report whenever anomalies are detected in the facilities. Executing temporary room closures. \[1] These are generic tasks/functions which may vary depending on specific center characteristics. Subject to modification/update. REQUIREMENTS **Required Experience:** Minimum one year of experience in public-facing roles. Prior experience in the funeral sector is desirable. **Required Knowledge:** **Minimum Required Qualification:** High school diploma or intermediate vocational training (FP Medio). Other qualifications below this level may be considered if the candidate has over one year of relevant experience. Additional training in customer service is desirable.
