Job Summary: We are seeking a human resources professional to handle planning, recruitment, labor management, team development, labor relations, workplace climate, remuneration policies, and risk prevention. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive human resources management and team development. 2. Definition of remuneration policies and risk prevention. 3. Warehouse supervision and inventory management. In Llanera, Asturias, we are seeking a professional for the human resources department. Responsibilities will include workforce planning, personnel selection and recruitment, and labor and administrative management, working in coordination with an external consultancy. Team development and training, labor relations, and improvement of workplace climate will also be addressed. The position will also cover the definition of remuneration and compensation policies, occupational risk prevention management, and HR reporting—including control and generation of reports. Warehouse and inventory supervision will also be included. A university degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or Law is required. Prior experience in a similar role will be valued. A valid Class B driver's license and personal vehicle are mandatory for commuting to the workplace. The contract will be an indefinite-term full-time employment contract (40 hours per week). Salary and employment conditions will comply with the General Collective Agreement for the Construction Sector of the Principality of Asturias.
