Job Summary: We are seeking a person for cleaning tasks in buildings and premises, with knowledge and/or experience, for a temporary part-time contract. Key Highlights: 1. Immediate hiring 2. Part-time schedule (20 hours per week) 3. Working hours to be agreed upon between the parties A person is required to perform cleaning tasks in buildings and premises in Valdés (Asturias). Duties include sweeping and mopping floors, dusting and cleaning surfaces, and waste removal. Knowledge and/or experience are required to carry out these tasks correctly. A recognized disability degree of at least 33% will be positively considered, as well as holding a valid driver's license. This position involves a temporary employment contract, ideal for covering vacations and absences. The working schedule is part-time, totaling 20 hours per week, and the working hours will be agreed upon between the parties. Salary and other conditions will comply with the applicable collective bargaining agreement. The start date for this position is immediate.
