Main responsibilities include greeting passengers, assisting them boarding and alighting from trains—including handling their luggage—and operating mechanical accessibility equipment when necessary. It is essential to keep the coordinator informed of any incidents occurring during service and of the status of the mechanical equipment used. Additionally, staff must ensure platforms and transit chairs remain in good condition. A part-time working schedule with flexible hours across various time slots is offered. The contract is temporary. Public-facing experience and communication skills, as well as proficiency in using electronic devices, are valued. The ability to stand for extended periods and lift loads is required.
