The position is located within the Cities division, which specializes in urban infrastructure maintenance, including public road upkeep, municipal facilities, green spaces, and installation and operation of building technologies. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Drawing interpretation and layout: Read and understand construction drawings, and mark out and measure work areas according to drawing specifications. * Work supervision: Assign and supervise tasks across different work zones, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. * Team training: Provide ongoing training to the workforce. * Administrative control: Review and manage delivery notes and work reports. * Prevention and safety: Assume responsibility for on-site safety and ensure compliance with the Safety Plan. * Subcontractor coordination: Supervise and coordinate subcontracted companies’ activities. * Site visits: Participate in site inspections. * Execution of diverse tasks: Carry out various assignments based on project availability. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in building construction — including new builds, refurbishments, and renovations. * Valid driver’s license * Strong organizational, planning, and management abilities. **What do we offer?** * Permanent position. * Opportunity to join a team of professionals dedicated to innovation, sustainability, and equal opportunities. * Professional development within our company. * Company vehicle \+ Solred card * Flexible compensation: private health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers.
