Position Summary: We are seeking a Site Manager for the Urban Area, responsible for the overall management of urban projects, including teams, costs, technical execution, and risk prevention. The position is located within the Urban Area, which specializes in maintenance and construction works for urban infrastructure, such as public road upkeep, and rehabilitation and renovation projects for facilities (schools, health centers, sports complexes, etc.) **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Act as the ultimate responsible for the project in all its aspects: team management, scheduling, costs, technical execution, etc. * Be responsible for requesting quotations from suppliers, preparing comparative analyses, and proposing subcontractor awards. * Plan, organize, and lead both in-house and subcontracted work teams, with short- and medium-term planning. * Assume financial responsibility for the project: monthly cost closures, production reporting, and certification. * Play a leading role in site visits. * Prevention and safety: be responsible for safety on site and provide the necessary resources to implement the Safety Plan. * Prepare construction drawings and alternative execution proposals offering greater benefits to facilitate changes. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Technical Architecture, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction projects, preferably in urban environments and municipal works. * Valid driver’s license. **What do we offer?** * A stable position with growth opportunities. * Professional development within our company. * Company vehicle and mobile phone. * The opportunity to join an innovative team committed to sustainability and well-being. **Apply to this vacancy—we look forward to meeting you!**
