Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for overnight maintenance and cleaning tasks at a shopping center, with preference given to candidates having prior cleaning experience and physical stamina. Priority given to persons with a disability certificate (Special Employment Center) We are seeking personnel to perform maintenance and cleaning tasks at a shopping center located in Vélez\-Málaga. The position is offered under a full-time temporary contract, covering an overnight shift from Monday to Sunday, always respecting legally mandated rest periods, from 03:00 to 11:00 AM. Prior experience cleaning offices, commercial premises, or buildings, as well as familiarity with basic cleaning products and tools, is highly valued. Responsibilities include sweeping and mopping parking lot floors, cleaning ramps, entrances, walls, columns, and signage, as well as emptying trash bins and managing waste. Physical stamina is required to stand throughout the entire shift. We prioritize hiring individuals holding a disability certificate indicating a disability level of 33% or higher, or IPT, as we operate as a Special Employment Center.
