Duties include seed germination, planting, manual plant hybridization in greenhouses, monitoring and staking, leaf pruning, fruit harvesting, pollen extraction, pollination, seed extraction and washing with chemicals according to type, and packaging. Other duties inherent to the position are also performed. Work is carried out in greenhouses and open fields, with special emphasis on manual pollination and plant care. Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, morning shift from 07:00 to 15:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Prior experience in agricultural or greenhouse work is desirable. \* Careful, detail-oriented, and responsible individual.
