Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in residential communities, including waste management and supply replenishment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cleaning and maintenance of building entrances, staircases, elevators, and outdoor areas. 2. Waste management and replenishment of basic supplies. 3. Identification of malfunctions and damages. We are seeking candidates with a minimum disability rating of 33% to perform cleaning duties in residential communities in Rincón de la Victoria. Primary responsibilities include maintaining building entrances, staircases, elevators, corridors, and outdoor areas in immaculate condition. Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, cleaning windows, and emptying trash bins. Additionally, the role involves waste management, replenishment of basic supplies, and identification of potential malfunctions or damages for reporting. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are desirable. A temporary employment contract is offered, with an estimated duration of 180 days. The working schedule is part-time, totaling 20 hours per week. Working hours are from 09:30 to 13:30, and the monthly salary offered is 695 euros.
