Job Summary: We are seeking a metal structure assembler to assemble structures and components, collaborate on process improvement, and maintain tools. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assembly of structures and components according to drawings and specifications 2. Collaboration in improving production and maintenance processes 3. Basic maintenance of materials and tools We are looking for a metal structure assembler to work in the Esquivias area. The main responsibility is to assemble structures, machinery, and components following technical drawings and specifications. Daily duties include assembling mechanical or electrical parts and components, ensuring compliance with quality standards and current safety regulations. You will also collaborate with the production or maintenance team to improve workflows and reduce turnaround times, as well as report incidents, progress updates, and potential improvements to your direct supervisor. Another part of the role involves performing basic maintenance on materials and tools used on-site, along with other tasks inherent to the position. This is a temporary contract with full-time hours (eight hours per day, Monday through Friday). Work shifts are rotating, scheduled between 06:00 and 22:00, with legally mandated breaks. * Minimum one year of experience in a similar role or industrial environment. * We seek a responsible, committed, and organized individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is an advantage. * Personal vehicle availability is required. Vocational training in a relevant trade.
