To achieve this goal, we seek committed, change-oriented individuals with a customer-centric mindset and long-term vision—people who want to contribute and build the future of the industry alongside our team. **Do you want to advance your professional career with us?** We are looking for a recently graduated Tourism Manager with strong English skills for our offices in Chantada / Lugo, with shuttle service available from Ourense, Monforte de Lemos, O Carballiño, and Lalín. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Build strong commercial relationships with the hotels in your portfolio. * Optimize inventory, availability, and pricing competitiveness offered through the Central Reservation System. * Negotiate terms to maximize conversion rates and ensure the best competitiveness index for the assigned portfolio of hotels. * Analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools to align the contracted product with the demand from the agency network. * Provide advisory support on online marketing and direct sales. * Identify business opportunities regarding new products, offers, or any other services, in coordination with the department head and the Business Acceleration team. **What are we looking for?** * Education: University degree in Tourism or related field; Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Travel Agencies or Tourist Accommodations. * Analytical profile and commercial aptitude, with clear results orientation. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Languages: Advanced English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is highly valued. * Prior experience in hotels or travel agencies will be considered an advantage. **What do we offer?** At Keytel, you can join a leading company in the travel sector, experiencing continuous growth and global expansion, and one that invests consistently in its team’s professional development.
