At **TM Grupo Inmobiliario**, a leader in the construction and real estate development sector, we are seeking a **Corporate Development Technician** to join our team in **Torrevieja**, eager to grow professionally within a well-established and dynamic company. **What are we looking for?** We seek a person **oriented toward quality** and **data reliability**, with **analytical capability** and a **continuous improvement mindset**, who will closely collaborate with the **corporate governance team** to facilitate **well-documented and effective decision-making**, as well as develop and implement **automation applications and tools** that enhance the **reliability and efficiency of corporate reporting systems**. **What will your responsibilities be?** * **Review** and **keep updated** the definitions of the company’s **strategic KPIs**, ensuring indicator integrity, uniqueness, and correct corporate usage. * **Develop** and **maintain** views in **SAP BW (Eclipse)**, including intermediate views of the Corporate Balanced Scorecard **(CMI)**. * **Develop**, **maintain**, and **evolve** applications of the **Corporate CMI (Qlik Sense)** and automated reports (NPrinting), including incident resolution, new functionality implementation, and monitoring of data loads and processes via QMC. * **Manage** and **provide support** for the **Corporate CMI**, including user training and assistance, gathering business requirements, administering access rights, permissions, and licenses, as well as preparing and maintaining associated documentation. **Requirements:** * Degree in **Computer Engineering**, **Mathematics**, **Statistics**, **Business Administration and Management (ADE)**, or related field. * Minimum **2 years’ experience** in similar roles. * Experience with BI tools (**Qlik Sense**, **Qlik View**, **NPrinting**), ERP systems (**SAP S/4 HANA**), databases (**Eclipse**, **SAP BW**, **Hana Studio**), and **SQL**. * Strong **communication skills** and ability to **coordinate effectively** across various business areas and technical teams. * Ability to work under **pressure**, manage incidents, and propose **effective solutions**. **What do we offer?** * Opportunities for **professional development** within a sector-leading company. * A **dynamic** and **challenging** work environment with innovative projects. * Access to **continuous training** and industry best practices. * A **competitive salary** and **additional benefits**. **If you are seeking a new challenge in the construction sector and meet the above requirements, we look forward to hearing from you!**
