The selected candidate will be responsible for: * **Planning, coordinating, and supervising** all project phases—from initial definition through to closure. * **Managing the project budget**, tracking costs, identifying variances, and proposing corrective actions. * **Defining and managing the work plan**, ensuring achievement of committed milestones and deadlines. * **Acting as the primary client liaison**, managing expectations, anticipating risks, and ensuring smooth, transparent communication. * **Leading and coordinating the project team**, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, resolving blockers, and fostering a collaborative working environment. * **Identifying project risks and opportunities**, proposing and executing mitigation or improvement plans. * **Preparing status reports** (progress, costs, risks, deliverables) for internal and external stakeholders. * **Driving continuous improvement**, proposing optimizations in processes, methodology, and ways of working. We seek someone with a **holistic project vision**, the ability to make autonomous decisions, and a clear focus on **results and the customer**. **Requirements** * **Proven experience** as a Project Manager (minimum 3 years), managing projects of significant complexity. * Experience in **cost and budget management**, margin control, financial tracking, and variance analysis. * Strong **schedule management** skills, including planning and task prioritization. * Experience in **client management**: setting expectations, handling complex situations, negotiation, and communication. * Experience in **team leadership** (internal and/or external teams), coordination of diverse profiles, and conflict resolution. * High **autonomy**, ability to make decisions, and capacity to drive projects forward with limited supervision. * Strong **communication skills** (verbal and written), information synthesis, and presentation to diverse audiences. * **Results-oriented**, with emphasis on quality, goal achievement, and customer satisfaction. * Knowledge or experience with **project management methodologies** (PMI, Agile, etc.). * Desirable: + Certifications in methodologies or frameworks such as PMP, PSM/Scrum Master, PRINCE2, ITIL, or related. + Knowledge or experience in **document management** + Experience working with or for **Public Administration** + Technical background + University degree in technical fields, especially Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related disciplines. **Additional Information** *Join a team that drives innovation and works on high-impact projects.
