Dialogflow Analyst/Developer

We are seeking a **Conversational Solutions Analyst/Developer** with experience in **Google Dialogflow CX/CES**, to join an evolving, continuously improving team. You will participate in developing conversational assistants, integrating with corporate systems, and delivering new features—working in an agile environment alongside architects and multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain conversational solutions on **Google Dialogflow CX/CES**. * Implement integrations via **webhooks** and **REST APIs** with platforms such as **Salesforce**, CRMs, and other enterprise systems. * Develop backlog-prioritized features while ensuring quality and adherence to team standards. * Conduct technical testing and validation to ensure proper solution functionality. * Collaborate on monitoring and traceability of conversational processes using analytics tools. * Participate in technical analysis of new initiatives, solution documentation, and team agile ceremonies. Essential Requirements * Minimum **2 years of experience** developing solutions with **Google Dialogflow CX/CES** or similar conversational platforms. * Experience developing and integrating via **webhooks** and **REST APIs**, using technologies such as **Python, Node.js, or Java**. * Knowledge of **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**, especially services like **Cloud Functions** or **Cloud Run**. * Ability to write high-quality code, analyze incidents, and resolve integration issues. * Experience working with agile methodologies and tools such as **Jira**. * **B2-level English** or higher. Preferred Qualifications * **Google Cloud certifications** (e.g., Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional ML Engineer, Data Practitioner, or equivalent). * Experience with **Salesforce**. * Knowledge of **Google Analytics** applied to conversational solutions. * Experience with messaging and event-processing technologies such as **Redis** or **Pub/Sub**. * Experience in the **insurance, banking, or telecommunications** sectors. * Knowledge of **NLU**, intent design, and model training in **Dialogflow**.
