We are seeking a Junior Systems Engineer – MBSE to join an aerospace and defense project, supporting activities including modeling, process definition, analysis, and maintenance of MBSE models applied to the design of complex systems. The primary mission will be to support the creation, review, and maintenance of models using MBSE tools, as well as participate in analysis, documentation, traceability, and systems engineering support activities. What will you do daily? Methodologies, Tools, and Modeling * Support in defining and applying MBSE methodologies and associated processes. * Participation in configuration, maintenance, and quality control of MBSE models. * Development and analysis of models using tools such as CAMEO, Capella, or similar. * Support for interoperability among different modeling environments, including Simulink or others. Systems Engineering and Architecture * Collaboration on multi-domain system architecture and design activities. * Review of interfaces, requirements, and functional system elements. * Evaluation of model change impact and consistency analysis. Documentation and Traceability * Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation. * Support in requirements management and traceability using tools such as DOORS. * Review of documentation generated by other teams and support in cross-domain information extraction. Team Support * Collaborative work with multidisciplinary engineering teams. * Collaboration in resolving technical issues and improving processes. What are we looking for? * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Industrial, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics, etc.). * Knowledge of Matlab‑Simulink. * Basic knowledge or interest in: + SysML, UML + MBSE methodologies + Tools such as CAMEO, Capella, Enterprise Architect, MagicDraw + Architecture-based models * Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and fast learning capacity. * Proactive attitude, teamwork orientation, and quality focus. * Advanced English proficiency.
