Position Summary: Supervision of entries/exits, key and access management, basic cleaning and minor repairs, and monitoring of common services. Key Highlights: 1. Manages mail and package reception and distribution. 2. Coordinates communication with external service providers. 3. Supports event organization and general maintenance. The concierge position involves supervising the entry and exit of people, managing key distribution and controlling visitor or vehicle access. The role also includes performing basic cleaning tasks in common areas and carrying out minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, addressing minor blockages, or maintaining radiators. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring the proper functioning of common services—including heating, lighting, waste areas, and air conditioning systems—and making necessary adjustments. In addition, they will manage mail and package reception and distribution, coordinate communication with external service providers (e.g., gardening or elevator maintenance), and provide support in organizing events. A certified disability of at least 33% is required. Holding a Type B driver's license is considered a positive asset. Employment conditions include a permanent\-intermittent contract, a part-time schedule of 4 hours per day, and salary commensurate with the applicable collective agreement.
