The selected candidate will be responsible for **planning, coordinating, and supervising production activities**, ensuring operational efficiency and crop quality. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and organize field and greenhouse work teams. * Coordinate **irrigation, fertigation, and climate control** tasks. * Manage agricultural materials, tools, and resources. * Resolve issues and answer questions from operational staff. * Collaborate with other departments (HR, Purchasing, Transport). * Supervise maintenance and repair tasks. * Participate in **agricultural trials and technical visits**. **Requirements** * Minimum of **2 years of experience in horticultural production under greenhouse conditions**. * Solid knowledge of **horticultural crops, irrigation systems, and climate control**. * Ability to coordinate teams and make operational decisions. * **Valid driver's license** and willingness to travel between farms. **Desirable** * Education in **Agricultural Engineering** or **Agricultural Vocational Training**. * Prior experience as a professional farmer. **We Offer** * Joining a **well-established agricultural company** in the province of Granada. * Permanent contract. * Positive work environment and specialized technical support.
