**Functions and Responsibilities:** ***Customer Service and Spa Experience*** * Proactively and courteously attend to guests in the Wellness, Spa, and pool areas, anticipating their needs and delivering discreet, personalized service. * Assist guests with facility usage and address requests during their stay (towels, amenities, directions, comfort). * Take simple beverage and/or snack orders in designated areas (pool or Wellness area) and coordinate service delivery with the F&B team. * Ensure guest wellbeing, safety, and comfort in common areas. * Collect guest feedback and relay it to supervisors for continuous service improvement. ***Operational Support and Coordination*** * Maintain constant communication with Spa Reception, therapists, and the F&B team to ensure smooth operations. * Manage opening and closing procedures for Wellness areas according to protocols, including key control. * Monitor the general condition of facilities, identify technical issues, and coordinate resolution with Maintenance. * Assist with basic administrative tasks and documentation of equipment controls and inspections. ***Order, Hygiene, and Presentation of Spaces*** * Ensure all Wellness, Spa, and pool areas remain in optimal condition regarding order, cleanliness, and supply replenishment throughout operating hours. * Guarantee proper preparation of facilities before opening and after closing. * Perform cleaning, disinfection, and restocking tasks—including linens and amenities—integrated efficiently into daily operations. * Support special cleanings, ad-hoc projects, or extraordinary requirements. **Requirements and Competencies:** * Strong customer orientation and service vocation in premium environments. * Ability to perform a versatile and dynamic role. * Communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. * Autonomy, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Sensitivity toward personal presentation, luxury, order, and quality. * Flexibility in working hours and effective stress management. * Prior knowledge and experience in Spa & Wellness environments is desirable. * Knowledge of hygiene standards, occupational safety, and safe handling of products. * Languages: Spanish: advanced level.
