Modality **Candidate-funded prior training \+ Guaranteed employment contract** Responsibilities after initial training * Support in SAP S/4HANA implementation and maintenance projects. * Business process analysis and basic system configuration. * Support in gathering functional requirements alongside the senior team. * Documentation of processes, testing, and validations. * Resolution of first-level functional incidents. * Collaboration with technical and functional teams. * Support in continuous improvement and optimization initiatives. Minimum Requirements * Completed (or nearing completion) undergraduate degree or diploma in: **Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or related fields.** * Interest in technology consulting and ERP systems. * Availability to undertake **job-oriented prior training** (to be funded by the candidate). * Geographic mobility. * Intermediate English level (valued). * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
