Responsibilities * Execution of **general masonry work**: repairs, renovations, new construction, and finishing. * **Waterproofing** of roofs, terraces, and other surfaces (substrate preparation, application of systems, and sealing). * Support in **planning and organizing** work sites, in coordination with the team. * Strict compliance with **safety regulations** and **occupational risk prevention** standards. Requirements * **Residence** in the province of Valencia. * Valid **driver’s license**. * **Personal vehicle**. * **Masonry course (20 hours)**. * **Demonstrable experience** in waterproofing and masonry.
