The candidate will also be responsible for controlling and ensuring the proper condition of surveying equipment, whether owned or rented, and will carry out essential fieldwork for data collection and setting out at various locations. A Bachelor’s Degree in Geomatics and Surveying Engineering or an equivalent qualification is required. Together with the current team, you will be able to apply your knowledge by performing the following functions: * Monitoring the proper execution of raw material, production, and finished product control plans, as well as cleaning plans. Preparation and/or adaptation of protocols/processes when necessary. You will report any anomalies or irregularities detected to your team. * Collection of analyses and samples * Document management and process maintenance (HACCP, IFS, internal procedures). * Support and supervision during production testing processes, R\+D processes, and production. * Supplier approval * Traceability management * Monitoring of Critical Control Points * Supervision of labeling according to current legislation and implementation of relevant modifications. * Non-conformance management: analysis of non\-conformities, design of action plans, and evaluation of implemented measures. * Organization and execution, together with the quality team, of internal/external/certification audits (IFS). * Internal training: quality, safety, and hygiene protocols and procedures * Supervision of pest control carried out by an external company * Execution and monitoring of the plant's calibration plan Requirements. * 2 years (approx.) of experience in the described functions * Experience in the food industry will be valued * Office software skills * Experience implementing IFS FOOD v8 and/or having worked or participated in a plant certified under this standard. Essential. * University degree in Food Science and Technology or other qualifications specialized in food quality and safety, Higher Technician in Food Industry Processes and Quality. * Valid driver's license and own vehicle * Availability to work morning and afternoon shifts.
