The ideal candidate excels in **team management**, **product quality assurance**, and **overseeing all processing workflows**, from raw materials to finished goods. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise daily processing operations, including **trimming, packaging, and quality control**, to meet production targets * Maintain **cleanliness** and **proper functioning** of processing equipment and facilities * Manage and guide processing staff, fostering a culture of **quality, safety, and continuous improvement** * Ensure **compliance** with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices * Keep **accurate records** of processing activities and report on performance and issues * Identify **operational risks** and implement corrective and preventive measures * Collaborate with **quality assurance, cultivation, and compliance teams** to optimize production and product quality **Requirements** * Minimum of **1 year of supervisory experience** in processing or production operations, ideally in **cannabis processing** * Solid knowledge of **product handling**, **packaging**, and **quality control** * Demonstrated ability to **effectively lead and guide teams** * **Fluency in English**; professional proficiency in **French and/or Spanish** is an advantage * **Proactive problem-solving skills** and **attention to safety** * Familiarity with **health and safety regulations** applicable to processing environments ### **Working Conditions** On-site work in **Breitenbach**, in the **canton of Solothurn, Switzerland** — accessible by train from **Basel** and nearby stations **Laufen** and **Zwingen**.
