




**DEPARTMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES** Punctually attend and participate daily in the meeting held at each shift change in the Technical Services department, as well as those called within the department on a general or extraordinary basis. Communicate to your direct supervisor, in an appropriate manner, any improvement opportunities affecting the hotel, your department, or its mission. Comply with the standards and processes of your department, as well as those affecting all hotel employees. Meet deadlines for assigned tasks, maintaining a high level of performance and complying with the hotel's quality standards. Make every effort to respond as quickly as possible to any internal request from colleagues, whether from your department or others. Participate in the execution of the annual maintenance plan, ensuring compliance with established requirements. Perform duties during evening and night shifts when necessary, according to a fixed schedule or specific needs. Attend and participate in training courses offered by the company. Know the hotel's Emergency and Self-Protection Plan and actively collaborate in case of evacuation. Know and be able to operate fire extinguishing equipment located throughout the premises and buildings, and participate in firefighting tasks based on your knowledge if an emergency occurs. In the absence of a superior during your shift, assume responsibilities to ensure completion of assigned tasks and work reports, event setups, review daily logs of consumption, temperatures, etc., correct deviations, and pass on the day’s instructions and pending issues to the next shift to ensure follow-up, etc. Share with the technical services team the knowledge and tools available within your scope, promoting mutual collaboration and knowledge sharing among all team members. Participate and take care of acquiring basic stock materials needed for daily operations, and contribute to the selection and purchase of necessary materials. Participate and ensure that storage rooms and all other department areas, including offices, workshops, and technical rooms, are kept orderly and clean. **JOB-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES** Your main responsibility is to handle requests for technical assistance required both to meet customer and employee demands regarding corrective maintenance, various technical jobs, minor installations, etc., and those required under the planned preventive maintenance schedule, routine supervision and control of systems, and tasks or installations organized by superiors. Routine operational checks of systems in mechanical rooms (treatment, storage, and distribution of potable water, hot water production, low-voltage power distribution, air conditioning, swimming pools, systems and machinery, spa, etc.) Monitoring of consumption (water, electricity, diesel, gas) and fuel stocks (diesel tanks, gas tank, packaged fuels), etc. Maintenance tasks on cold water treatment and distribution systems for consumption, domestic hot water, and water for air conditioning, swimming pools, sanitation systems, air conditioning systems, low and medium voltage electrical distribution systems, lighting, gas installations, buggy maintenance, etc. Troubleshooting machinery and system failures across different departments. Handling work orders related to guests: alerts from housekeeping, guest relations, reception, etc., including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, telecommunications tasks, etc. Performing technical tasks related to installations, adaptations, and repairs in various hotel departments. Preparation and setup for events: audiovisuals, lighting, stages, all types of electrical installations, machinery installation, etc. Assist, support, and supervise private or public external technical personnel, as directed by superiors. Support during construction and renovation projects: preliminary dismantling works, repair of general system breakdowns during construction, furniture assembly, audiovisual equipment, telephony, safes, electronic locks, minor installations, and adaptations of supplied materials, etc. **PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS** Polite and pleasant demeanor. Experience in repairs and maintenance of electrical installations, DHW, plumbing, swimming pools, etc. Training in occupational risk prevention specific to their type of work. **LANGUAGES** High-level Spanish Basic English, sufficient to understand and be understood by a client requiring technical assistance. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Adapt your schedule to the shift requirements established by the department.
