We are looking to hire a **Facilities and Maintenance Manager** with extensive experience in the sector, who will play a key role in developing our external plant services. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing external plant operations, leading the team and ensuring operational quality. This position will report to the company's external plant operations manager. The person will be responsible for directly managing a team composed of coordinators, supervisors, and field technicians. Responsibilities: * Organize and plan FTTH installation and maintenance activities, scheduling customer appointments and ensuring proper execution of work by internal teams and partner companies. Ensure all installations and repairs are carried out according to established technical, safety, and customer service standards. * Coordinate technical staff and contractors, optimizing the use of time, materials, and resources. * Supervise maintenance and incident resolution, ensuring prompt and effective handling of end-customer faults and compliance with SLAs. * Ensure strict compliance with technical, health and safety (PRL), environmental, and quality regulations in all operations. * * Drive improvement and optimization initiatives in installation and maintenance processes to increase productivity, reduce intervention times, and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: Extensive knowledge of fiber optic network deployment, both in the field and engineering. * Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of technical, PRL, environmental, and quality regulations. * Proficiency with project design and management tools. * * Courses or certifications in fiber optics, project management, and PRL (desirable). * Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, managing deployment projects, network expansions, and fiber optic network maintenance.
