Are you looking for a new professional challenge? **WORK LOCATION:** Málaga **MISSION:** * Monitor the planning and economic management of construction projects in collaboration with Site Teams. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Review the proper implementation of planning and budgeting from the beginning to the completion of the project. * Supervise monthly the economic performance and schedule progress (timelines) of assigned projects. * Develop and keep updated the project schedule, adjusting it according to project progress. * Develop and maintain updated production control, provide support to Sigrid, monitor and review deviations after agreement and validation by the Technical Department. * Monitor direct and subcontracted labor against the Master plan. * Analyze monthly project closing results with Delegates, Group Managers and Site Managers, assess outcomes, and work with site teams to develop action plans to correct deviations and achieve project objectives. * Issue monthly reports on project status and results. REQUIREMENTS **COMPUTER APPLICATIONS:** * Office Suite * AutoCAD * Sigrid * PRESTO * Project **EDUCATION:** * Technical or Senior Architect * Civil Engineer (Civil Works, Ports and Channels) * Higher Vocational Training in Building and Civil Engineering. **YOUR EXPERIENCE** * 2 years as Site Manager * 2 years as Cost and Planning Technician.
