**Job Offer:** Formwork Supervisor **Location:** Málaga \- Costa del Sol * Job Description: We are seeking a Formwork Supervisor with proven experience in building and/or infrastructure projects, to lead and coordinate a team of 20 formworkers on technically demanding construction projects. * Responsibilities: Daily planning and organization of formwork activities. Direct supervision of the formwork crew on site. Quality control and adherence to established deadlines. Coordination with the Site Manager and other trades. Management of necessary materials, tools, and equipment. Enforcement of safety regulations and occupational risk prevention measures. * Minimum of 5 years' experience as a formworker and at least 3 years in supervisory roles managing large teams. * In-depth knowledge of traditional and modular formwork systems. * Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Valid driver's license and availability for travel. * Occupational Health and Safety training (minimum 20h or 60h) is a plus.
