We are looking for an Expert QA Engineer with strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and a hands\-on approach to quality assurance in modern software development environments. The ideal candidate combines a solid QA foundation with automation skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to mentor junior team members while driving test excellence across projects. This role is key in ensuring product quality through effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement of testing practices in both manual and automated contexts.**Responsibilities** -------------------- * **Quality mindset \& processes**: Promote a quality\-driven culture, applying shift\-left strategies and early QA involvement in requirements, use cases, and static testing. * **Test design \& execution**: Create and maintain test plans, test cycles, test cases, and automated test suites (TestComplete, Selenium, etc.), covering integration, system/E2E, regression, and exploratory testing. * **Collaboration \& strategy**: Work with developers, product owners, and QA peers to define test strategies, estimate efforts, ensure coverage, and maintain traceability. * **Defect management**: Identify, analyze, and report software defects; collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution. * **Automation \& DevOps**: Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps practices. * **Leadership \& mentoring**: Guide junior QA engineers, fostering best practices, continuous learning, and effective teamwork. * **Documentation**: Maintain clear and structured test documentation in JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr. * **Communication \& conflict resolution**: Proactively address challenges and team dynamics with assertive communication and problem\-solving skills. **Qualifications** ------------------ * **Certifications**: ISTQB Foundation Level (required), ISTQB Test Manager (desirable). * **Testing expertise**: Strong experience in test case design, test automation (TestComplete, Selenium, Playwright), test management tools (Zephyr), and QA reporting activities. * **Technical skills**: + Scripting languages (Shell, Python, Java, JavaScript). + Databases and SQL (basic). + Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). + DevOps tools and practices (Bitbucket Pipelines, Ansible). + Networking fundamentals (SSH, RDP, proxies, load balancers, VPNs, tunnels). * **Tools**: Proficient with JIRA and Confluence. * **Soft skills**: Mentoring and coaching experience, strong communication, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, problem\-solving mindset. * **Languages**: English B2 or higher (spoken and written). **Sounds like your next career step?** -------------------------------------- Then please apply via the “Submit Application” button below and send us your application including CV and references.
