Collaborate on internal tool development. **Job Description** We are looking for a **Backend Developer** with experience in **Python and/or Java** to join a team focused on improving the client’s developers’ code quality through **code reviews** and **AI/LLM-based tools**. The selected candidate will combine **PR review work** with the **design and implementation of backend services** supporting AI workflows and the code review process. **Responsibilities** * Participate in weekly *code review* shifts reviewing the team’s PRs. * Review notes generated by LLM models and provide technical feedback. * Design and implement backend services supporting AI workflows. * Integrate with LLM model endpoints and other client AI services. * Optimize performance, scalability, and robustness of developed services. * Collaborate on developing internal tools for code review. * Lead code reviews and guide junior profiles. * Develop unit and integration tests. * Document services, APIs, and processes. **Requirements** * Prior backend development experience with **Python and/or Java**. * Solid knowledge of **REST APIs** and backend architectures. * Experience participating in **code review** processes. * Experience integrating external services via APIs. * Knowledge of **testing**: unit and integration tests. * Proficiency with **Git** and PR-based workflows. * Ability to communicate technical feedback clearly. * Technical **English** level (minimum B2). **Desirable** * Experience working with AI services or LLM-based workflows. * Optimization of backend service performance and scalability. * Experience writing or fine-tuning *prompts* for LLM models. * Knowledge of backend frameworks: Spring Boot, FastAPI, Django, Flask. * Familiarity with **Docker**, CI/CD, deployments, and cloud tools. * Experience leading *code review* processes. **Company** Joining THEWHITEAM means collaborating with a company composed of professionals with extensive experience in technology consulting.
