




Our client leads and performs design and certification projects on aircraft under our EASA \& GCAA Part 21J approval (DOA EASA.21J.722\) with a varied international client base. Our engineers perform all aspects of engineering work from feasibility, scheming, drafting, certification, and testing as required, all with an exceptional level of detail. **Your mission** * Perform and lead minor \& major modifications (STCs) including compiling technical and certification aspects. * Prepare design documents and perform design checks to ensure technical accuracy and regulatory compliance. * Sufficient relevant experience to be promoted to CVE in Cabin Safety and/or Structures after undergoing our development plan. * Mentor junior and intermediate engineers, identifying training needs and supporting their development. * Collaborate closely with Project Managers, CVEs, and Head of Design on critical technical decisions. * Contribute to process improvements and propose new ideas for business growth. * Communicate effectively with customers, sales, and marketing teams. **What we’re looking for** * Prior proven experience in a Part21J DOA (4\-5 years) working on aircraft modifications. * Experience with DOA on preparing engineering for integrating cabin equipment (galleys, seats, wardrobes, safety equipment, other equipment). * Experience with DOA checking design data. * High performance in developing modification packages across cabin safety (mainly) and structures (electrics and avionics desirable): certification plans, change classifications, supplements, instructions for continued airworthiness, relevant analysis (flammability, stress, electrical loads, flammability and weight and balance) and service bulletins. Our client expects a high degree of attention to detail. * A thorough understanding of EASA Part 21 requirements for design organizations and the certification process. * Strong/advanced knowledge of EASA regulatory framework: EASA CSs (especially CS25\), Certification Memorandums, Special Conditions, Equivalent Safety Findings and relevant FAA guidance material. * Ability to understand and interpret aircraft constructor’s data (aircraft manuals, IPC/AMM/SRM/WDM), drawings, parts lists, reports) web access for both Airbus and Boeing. * Strong technical drawing and IT skills: AutoCAD (2D), SolidWorks, MS Word \& Excel, Teams. * Aircraft technical knowledge (Boeing and Airbus primarily). * Experience with DOA on integrating cabin equipment (galleys, seats, wardrobes, safety equipment, other equipment). * Effective communication, empathy, mentoring, leadership, critical thinking and problem\-solving. * Good individual and group project management skills. * Fluent Spanish (spoken and written). * Fluent English (spoken and written). * Share and promote our client’s values: teamwork, excellence, proactiveness, adaptability, and continuous learning. * Ability to work and reside in EU without restrictions and without need for sponsorship. **What we value (good to have)** * Part 21G familiarity. * Previous experience working on helicopter modifications. * Having experience as cabin safety and/or structures CVE. * Familiarity with industry suppliers of aircraft equipment. * Willingness to learn other aspects of engineering including testing, electrical, systems, structures, etc. **What we offer** * On\-site work with flexibility of working from home ad\-hoc. * Competitive salary – 40\-60k euros depending on experience. * Relocation package – travel costs and 1 week of rent before joining the company. * Clear career path and professional development opportunities. * 23 days holiday \+ 1 loyalty day per year (up to 30 days).
