We are looking for a **Study and Budget Technician** to join our Technical Office team. We are a rapidly growing company specializing in **complete renovations**, **swimming pool construction**, **water parks**, **recreational areas**, and **campgrounds**. Your main responsibilities will include the **preparation and analysis of budgets** and the **design of technical projects** related to aquatic installations for homes, hotels, and residential complexes. You will participate in interpreting blueprints and measurements, updating price databases, cost control, and direct communication with clients and the construction team. We are seeking someone with experience in construction companies, installation firms, or engineering offices, possessing solid technical knowledge, proficiency in tools such as Excel, AutoCAD, Presto, or SketchUp (Revit is a plus), and a high level of English. Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and results orientation are essential.
