**Cybersecurity Engineer (Infrastructure \& IAM)** Malpartida de Plasencia, Cáceres, Spain **Full\-time \| On\-site \| Relocation Support** A Spanish industrial company specializing in high\-voltage transformers and electrical grid equipment for the energy infrastructure sector is opening a Mid\-to\-Senior Cybersecurity Engineer position. The role involves strengthening the company’s infrastructure security and identity and access management capabilities. This is a hands\-on technical position focused on Microsoft 365 security, IAM, infrastructure protection, and operational cybersecurity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Infrastructure \& Security Operations * Administer and secure Microsoft 365 environment * Monitor infrastructure and security events * Investigate and resolve security and infrastructure incidents * Support backup and recovery operations * Ensure stability and security of core IT services * Identity \& Access Management * Manage identity and access systems (SSO, MFA/2FA, LDAP) * Perform access reviews and privilege management * Maintain SSL certificates and authentication services * Network \& Infrastructure Security * Maintain secure communication protocols and remote access services (VPN, SSH, HTTPS) * Manage domains, DNS, MX records, and email infrastructure * Support security hardening and configuration reviews **Requirements** * 4\+ years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure security, or systems administration * Strong hands\-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration * Good understanding of IAM and access control principles * Knowledge of network security fundamentals and secure protocols * Experience with DNS, domains, certificates, and email infrastructure * Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve incidents * Fluent English * Willingness to work full\-time onsite in Spain * Relocation to Malpartida de Plasencia required **Nice to Have** * Experience with security monitoring or incident response * Familiarity with EU cybersecurity or compliance requirements * Experience with backup and disaster recovery processes Job Types: Full\-time, Contract, Permanent Contract length: 12 months Pay: From 1,700\.00€ per month Work Location: In person
