Opportunity to learn and grow with inspiring leaders. **Job Description Summary** =========================== We are seeking a responsible and meticulous Sterilization Operator to join our team. The Sterilization Operator will be responsible for contributing to the proper execution of the sterilization process for products manufactured at the plant, strictly adhering to established procedures and quality and safety requirements.**Job Description** =================== **Responsibilities** * Monitor sterilization and aeration equipment in collaboration with the Sterilization Engineer and the Sterilization Maintenance Supervisor. * Report any anomalies or incidents detected in equipment or facilities to the sterilization team. * Execute sterilization cycles according to the scheduled plan and approved procedures. * Perform loading and unloading operations of equipment, as well as material handling within the sterilization area. * Report any incidents occurring during cycle execution to the Technical Manager and collaborate in the investigation of non-conformities. * Collect and review graphs and records for each sterilization cycle, as well as product files, complete established records, and submit them to the Technical Manager and/or Sterilization Engineer. * Manage shipment of biological indicators to the laboratory and, in the absence of dedicated personnel, perform their activation and incubation. * Collaborate in sterilization process validation activities. * Participate in data recording for trend analysis. * Perform cleaning tasks in the sterilization area in accordance with current procedures. **Requirements** * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). * Prior experience operating industrial equipment and machinery. * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite). * Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures. * Attention to detail, rigor, and teamwork capability. * Responsibility and commitment to quality and safety. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), as well as potentially on weekends.
