Your mission will be to **execute the expansion strategy** in your territory, identify new opportunities, and optimize our portfolio of locations. **How will we support you day to day?** * **Onboarding** and continuous learning in our way of working in Expansion: from site selection and lease negotiations to budget control and reporting. * Cross-functional collaboration with **Operations, Finance, and Legal**, with **clear objectives** and regular feedback. * **Competitive salary** in the industry and **exclusive discounts** on our products. **What will be your responsibilities?** * **Execute the brand's expansion strategy** in your area, aligned with corporate goals, contributing ideas to the Expansion Plan. * **Identify and negotiate new locations** (openings), as well as manage expirations and renewals of the current portfolio. * **Build relationships** with suppliers, landlords, and key stakeholders to accelerate timelines and secure competitive terms. * **Drive expansion projects**, controlling timelines and budgets, and **presenting progress reports**. * **Portfolio management**: negotiate rent reductions, renewals, relocations, and actions that improve store portfolio performance. * **Provide support** to the Global Expansion Director in achieving the department’s objectives. **What do we expect from you?** * + **2 years** of experience in Expansion/Retail Real Estate, with a **Bachelor's degree** (Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing or similar). * Advanced skills in **Excel and Power BI**; **intermediate English**. * Knowledge of **national regulations**, **market and feasibility analysis**, **project management**, **finance (CAPEX/OPEX)**, and **risk analysis**. * Competencies: customer orientation, innovation, teamwork, internal communication, leadership, team motivation, and execution discipline.
