Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and committed production operator to maintain the tile production line, ensuring quality and a steady flow of raw materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and adjustment of machinery for tile production. 2. Quality control and order preparation on the production line. 3. Forklift operation for material handling and order preparation. We are looking for a responsible and committed individual to work on the tile production line. The primary task will be to keep the line running smoothly by consistently supplying the necessary raw materials. You will be responsible for operating and adjusting the machinery to ensure optimal performance. It will be essential to closely monitor tile formation to ensure compliance with quality requirements. You will also need to closely track production timing, temperatures, and speeds, making necessary adjustments to ensure consistent performance and uniform results. Daily activities include placing, selecting, and packaging tiles, as well as preparing orders for timely dispatch. Forklift operation skills are required for moving materials within the factory and preparing orders. Prior experience in similar roles and proficiency in operating a 3500 kg counterbalanced forklift will be highly valued. This is a temporary contract initially lasting 6 months, extendable by another 6 months, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term position. Working hours follow a rotating shift schedule, adapted to the factory’s operational needs. Minimum two years’ verifiable experience in a similar role within a production environment. Ability to operate and supervise industrial machinery. Basic knowledge of manufacturing process control. Skills in material handling and order preparation. Forklift operation certification is required. Immediate availability to start work.
