Nursing Professional (DUE)

Description

A senior residential care facility requires Nursing Professionals (DUE) to join our team. A stable, indefinite full-time contract is offered. The main responsibilities include attending to the overall health and well-being of residents within the scope of the candidate’s professional qualifications. Key duties include: * Comprehensive assessment of residents and development of individualized care plans. * Delivery of scheduled clinical care in accordance with established protocols. * Preparation and administration of medications as prescribed by physicians. * Review of pharmacological treatment regimens per medical prescriptions. * Monitoring of individual cases and their adaptation process. * Collaboration with medical staff: preparation of materials, support, etc. * Supervision and evaluation of patients’ conditions. * Management of clinical records. * Coordination of residents’ medical appointments.
