Our core values—collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust—guide us toward excellence. **What do we value?** * Sufficient technical knowledge to understand our environments and deployment workflows. * Interest in **Production reliability and stability**. * Being an organized, process-oriented individual with strong prioritization skills. * Excellent communication skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. * Proactive, solution-oriented, and possessing a “get things done” attitude. * Ability to learn quickly in complex environments. **What would your responsibilities be?** * **Coordination of deployments and changes in Production:** Organize and support the deployment process for code, configurations, and dependencies, ensuring stability and risk control. * **Assessment of technical and functional impact:** Assist in analyzing each change to ensure its scope and potential effects on the system are fully understood. * **Pre-Production verification:** Confirm that minimum technical and functional requirements are met before authorizing a deployment. * **Cross-team coordination:** Collaborate closely with development, QA, systems/infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless communication throughout the entire process. * **Post-deployment monitoring:** Monitor changes once live in Production to detect incidents and ensure stable operation. * **Risk management:** Support the definition of rollback and mitigation plans in case of issues during Production rollout. **Additionally, experience and/or knowledge in the following areas would be highly valued:** * Deployment processes, version control, and change management. * Working with development, QA, and systems teams. * Risk management, rollback planning, and best practices for Production rollout. * Agile methodologies.
