At Grupo Mimara, currently undergoing expansion, we are seeking Center Directors: Responsibilities: \- Ensure implementation of operational plans by verifying the proper functioning of facilities and services. \- Participate in inspections, audits, and meetings with collaborating entities. \- Supervise continuous team training. \- Manage commercial, logistical, and technical resources, optimizing resources at each workplace and supporting teams in daily management. \- Budgetary control, KPI analysis, corrective and improvement measures, ensuring adherence to the budget with allocated resources. \- Motivate staff and foster a positive working environment. \- Basic knowledge of public tenders, interpretation of regulations, staffing ratios, and legislation affecting the sector. \- Ensure compliance with current socio-healthcare regulations. Requirements: \- University degree. \- Minimum verifiable experience in managing socio-healthcare centers or similar. \- Availability for relocation is desirable.
