Position Summary: We are seeking an Industrial or Electrical Engineer with strategic vision to lead technical projects and teams in the industrial, energy, and public works sectors. Develop new business lines in energy, efficiency, and automation. We seek a candidate with strategic vision and execution capability to lead technical projects and teams within a growing engineering company. Activities focus on the industrial, energy, and public works sectors, aiming to become a national benchmark. Responsibilities will include managing and supervising engineering projects across electrical, industrial, and energy fields. Technical teams and subcontractors will be coordinated, while controlling costs, schedules, and execution quality. Technical support will also be provided for tenders and business development, and client, administrative, and supplier relationships will be managed. Implementation of processes, standardization, and continuous improvement will be promoted, along with development of new business lines in energy, efficiency, and automation. Candidates must hold a degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering, with over 5 years of experience in project and team management. Experience in public works and the energy sector is desirable. Leadership ability, decision-making skills, results orientation, a solution-oriented and organized profile, and an entrepreneurial mindset are valued. Experience in company or department growth is also considered a plus.
