Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems in vehicles, managing spare parts and tools. Key Responsibilities: 1. Diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electrical systems in vehicles. 2. Spare parts and tools management for repairs. 3. Fine-tuning of electrical and electronic systems. We are looking for an Electromechanic to work at an automotive sector company located in Badajoz. The tasks to be performed are as follows: * Diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems in light and medium vehicles, following brand standards and internal procedures. * Performing periodic inspections, preventive maintenance, oil changes, filter replacements, brake services, suspension, steering, transmissions, and clutches. * Interpreting and resolving fault codes using electronic diagnostic tools and workshop equipment. * Assembly and disassembly of electromechanical components, sensors, and actuators, ensuring quality and safety during interventions. * Repair and fine-tuning of on-board electrical and electronic systems: alternators, starter motors, lighting systems, control units, and wiring harnesses. * Management and control of spare parts, materials, and tools required for repairs, recording usage in the workshop management system. * Other duties inherent to the position. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, morning shift from 08:00 to 16:00, with breaks established by law. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in workshops, dealerships, or fleets performing electromechanical tasks on commercial or industrial vehicles. * We seek an organized individual with autonomy, customer orientation, and ability to work effectively in a team. * Valid driving license class B (additional licenses valued positively depending on fleet requirements). * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Technical training in Electromechanics, Automotive Engineering, Electricity, or related fields (Vocational Training Intermediate/Superior Level or equivalent qualification).
