




Position Summary: We are seeking a Training Technician to manage client communication, the Fundae platform, development of educational content, and online course tutoring. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client communication and needs management 2. Development of educational content and online course tutoring 3. Fundae platform management and administrative training tasks At KEPZES, a company specializing in Training Solutions and Consulting for Organizational and Human Resource Development, we require: * A TRAINING TECHNICIAN to fill a vacancy in our Training Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties: * Client communication to adapt to their specific needs. * Management of the Fundae platform: initiation communications, RLT management, course completions, incident resolution, and related tasks. * Preparation of course administration documentation. * Development and/or updating of manuals, educational content, and teaching materials for both face-to-face and e-learning modalities (sociosanitary area). * Tutoring of online courses (sociosanitary area). * Liaison with instructors and support in selecting appropriate profiles for courses. * Other administrative and management tasks related to the position. We offer: * Temporary contract due to production circumstances. * On-site work at our offices (Plaza Castilla area). * Annual gross salary according to collective agreement. * Immediate incorporation. Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, or related fields. * Prior experience in administration and management tasks is essential, preferably within the education/training sector. * Knowledge of Fundae is desirable. * Familiarity with e-learning platforms is desirable. * A responsible, dynamic, proactive professional with strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * A person accustomed to working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
