At **Grupo Planeta**, through the Vice-Rectorate for Educational Innovation and International Relations of **UNIE Universidad**, within our division **Planeta Formación y Universidades**, we are seeking to hire an Educational Innovation Technician to collaborate primarily in the e-learning area. What would your main responsibilities be? You will participate in the following tasks: * Project production follow-up: monitoring deliveries and schedules. * Direct collaboration with stakeholders: suppliers, program directors, subject-matter experts, etc. * Preparation of virtual classrooms on the learning platform: uploading materials, organizing classroom structure, verifying configuration and functionality of resources, etc. * Leading training and documentation development for the experts we collaborate with. * Quality control and technical verification of digital materials’ proper functioning (links, formats, display, etc.). * Support in managing bibliographic resources required for academic programs. * Analysis and proposals for improving internal departmental processes.
