Distribution of hygiene supplies and assistance. Guidance and accompaniment for women in situations of vulnerability or at risk of social exclusion. Analysis, identification, and diagnosis of each beneficiary’s/family’s needs, coordinated with the educator and social worker. Support and/or accompaniment to ensure appropriate management of daily routines, cleaning schedules, and various administrative tasks (medical, administrative, shopping, etc.) for participants, thereby promoting learning and increasing their level of autonomy. Designing, planning, and conducting group workshops to develop personal and social skills, as well as new knowledge relevant to adapting to the host society. Monitoring individual pathways in coordination with the multidisciplinary team. Conflict resolution and crisis intervention. Planning leisure and free-time activities. Group intervention through assemblies and other activities that foster harmonious coexistence and resolve conflicts arising from shared living, coordinated with the social educator. Supervising the development of habits related to nutrition, routines, hygiene, schedules, rhythms, spaces, etc., among participants and their dependent minors. Recording interventions in the appropriate tools. Support in job and housing searches, coordinated with technical staff. Participation in internal coordination and training meetings. Tasks assigned by coordination.
