Objective
Carrying out social intervention activities and providing accompaniment to female survivors of human trafficking or individuals in exploitative environments—as well as their minor children—in various aspects of daily life, aiming to achieve recovery and autonomy.
**Area:** Women and Combating Human Trafficking
**Main Responsibilities:**
Preparation and reception of beneficiaries and their minor children at the residential facility.
Distribution of hygiene supplies and assistance.
Guidance and accompaniment for women in situations of vulnerability or at risk of social exclusion.
Analysis, identification, and diagnosis of each beneficiary’s/family’s needs, coordinated with the educator and social worker.
Support and/or accompaniment to ensure appropriate management of daily routines, cleaning schedules, and various administrative tasks (medical, administrative, shopping, etc.) for participants, thereby promoting learning and increasing their level of autonomy.
Designing, planning, and conducting group workshops to develop personal and social skills, as well as new knowledge relevant to adapting to the host society. Monitoring individual pathways in coordination with the multidisciplinary team.
Conflict resolution and crisis intervention.
Planning leisure and free-time activities.
Group intervention through assemblies and other activities that foster harmonious coexistence and resolve conflicts arising from shared living, coordinated with the social educator.
Supervising the development of habits related to nutrition, routines, hygiene, schedules, rhythms, spaces, etc., among participants and their dependent minors.
Recording interventions in the appropriate tools.
Support in job and housing searches, coordinated with technical staff.
Participation in internal coordination and training meetings.
Tasks assigned by coordination.
Supporting participants’ work-family balance (leisure and free-time activities with minors).
**Profile:**
Higher Vocational Training in Social Integration
**Contract:** Temporary until 12/31/2026, with possible extension depending on funding availability
**Working hours:** 20 hours per week
**Applicable Collective Agreement:** National Social Action and Intervention Agreement

**Schedule:** Afternoon shifts on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturdays from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
