Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Planning Engineer and Customer Support Engineer to connect planning, production, and customer, translate demand into manufacturing plans, and manage technical incidents. Handle customer incidents with a technical focus At **Sener**, we aim to welcome a Production Planning and Customer Support Engineer to our Tres Cantos office. In this role, you will play a key part in connecting **planning, production, and customer**. You will be the person who translates demand into realistic **manufacturing plans**, anticipating what needs to be produced, when, and with which resources. Using MRP/ERP/MES systems, you will track manufacturing orders, inventory levels, and ongoing production, ensuring visibility and control over production progress and delivery timelines. You will work closely with the **procurement and supply team**, analyzing consumption patterns and inventory requirements to anticipate potential supply risks. Your coordination will be critical to prioritizing materials, adjusting plans, and ensuring that production has the necessary resources at the right time—contributing to stable production flow within a dynamic industrial environment. Additionally, this position clearly includes **monitoring and handling customer incidents**, always from a technical and planning perspective. You will analyze the impact of each incident, coordinate internally with relevant teams, and provide clear, structured responses to customers.
