At Berger\-Levrault, we are looking for an Implementation Consultant (**Payroll and HR**) to join our team and support our **clients** day-to-day, with a practical, approachable, and proactive mindset. As part of our team, you will serve as the primary **point of contact** for our clients, helping them resolve questions and optimize their processes. ✨ Your key **responsibilities** will include: * Deploying applications at client sites. * Analyzing functional requirements for payroll implementation. * Configuring software to meet client requirements. * Managing the implementation project plan. * Coordinating and managing the project team with client-assigned leads. * Monitoring and managing project risks. * Managing project documentation. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Degree in Labor Relations. * Knowledge of Public Administrations. * At least 1 year of relevant experience. * Willingness to travel. **WHAT WILL YOUR FUTURE TEAM BE LIKE?** You will join **Álvaro Barberà’s** team — a group deeply passionate and enthusiastic about their work. Hybrid, per Berger\-Levrault Spain’s remote work policy. * Flexible working hours and a digital disconnection policy to ensure optimal balance between personal and professional life. * Intensive morning-only schedule during the three summer months and over Christmas. * Special schedule during Easter Week, December 24 and 31, and January 5 (9 a.m. to 2 p.m.). * Option to work only two afternoons per week during winter hours.
