You will develop strategic relationships with companies. **Our Client:** A leading social organization operating across Spain and Latin America, dedicated to the protection of children and adolescents. **Position Description:** The selected candidate will work closely with the Private Fundraising Directorate, contributing to the development of new corporate collaboration opportunities. Your mission will be to identify opportunities, build trust-based relationships, and secure agreements enabling long-term corporate collaborations that advance the organization’s projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prospect and identify potential corporate partners. * Identify collaboration opportunities aligned with the organization’s objectives. * Design and develop customized partnership proposals for each company. * Conduct meetings with heads of HR, Marketing, Sustainability, CSR, and other key departments. * Monitor collaboration opportunities and negotiation processes. * Manage and strengthen relationships with corporate partners. * Design initiatives and campaigns to foster corporate engagement in the organization’s projects. * Support the organization of events, awareness-raising activities, and corporate actions. * Prepare reports and documentation to track activities. * Represent the organization before companies and other strategic stakeholders. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Marketing, Business Administration (ADE), Advertising, Communications, Institutional Relations, or related fields. * Prior experience in business development, alliance management, partnerships, marketing, or consultative commercial environments. * Experience in social organizations, foundations, or social impact projects is highly valued. * We seek an individual with outstanding communication skills, influence capability, results orientation, and ease in building trust-based relationships. * Creativity in designing new corporate collaboration models, as well as the ability to convey project impact through compelling, audience-tailored messaging, will be especially valued. **Offer Includes:** * Opportunity to join a recognized and prestigious social-sector organization. * Involvement in projects with direct impact on the lives of children and adolescents. * A collaborative, committed, and purpose-driven work environment. * Permanent contract. * Location: Madrid.
