You will be responsible for planning commercial strategies, ensuring visual and operational standards, and managing stock to meet the expectations of customers visiting the store. Additionally, you will coordinate and assign tasks to your team, providing guidance and feedback to develop their skills, while maintaining their motivation and commitment. You will collaborate with other managers to foster a safe, organized, and efficient work environment—resolving queries or issues and ensuring compliance with company policies. **How Would We Like You To Be?** We’re looking for someone with leadership skills who inspires and guides their team toward high performance, fostering collaboration and learning.
