At El Corte Inglés, our work is a shared passion.** **The project awaiting you.** At El Corte Inglés, we continue driving the digital transformation of our business and are seeking to hire a Project Manager for our eCommerce, Customers, and Omnichannel team. You will join the project team that works alongside business areas to accelerate the evolution of our categories, becoming the liaison between business units and various involved teams to bring strategic initiatives to life. **Key responsibilities and requirements.** You will lead transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful execution of initiatives, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and contributing to business evolution. * You will manage multiple projects—from needs definition through to implementation. * You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and facilitate collaboration across different business areas. * You will analyze requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and propose value-adding solutions. * You will monitor project planning, risks, progress, and deliverables. * You will prepare reporting and presentations for stakeholder follow-up meetings. **What we are looking for?** ------------------ * 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in eCommerce, retail, or digital transformation environments. * Ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage various stakeholders simultaneously. * Analytical profile with business acumen and a continuous improvement mindset. * Strong organizational, communication, and synthesis skills. * English language proficiency at B2 level. * Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other data analytics tools will be considered an advantage. **We offer a variety of social benefits that contribute to your well-being.** * Exclusive discounts and financing options. * Life insurance. * Corporate University. * Continuous training for professional development. * Educational assistance for employees' children. * In-house medical service. * Flexible compensation plan. **If this position interests you, we invite you to apply—your experience could be highly valuable to us.
